Returns and Refunds

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your skincare products. However, in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us in the first instance at naturallysoapco@gmail.com or use the form on the contact us page. We will evaluate the issues with your order and do our best to correct it.

It is our policy to only accept returns for damaged and/or defective items and in the rare instances where the wrong item is sent. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If there are damaged/defective items or you have received the wrong item(s), please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your items to be eligible for a refund.

Naturally Soap Co produces luxury skincare items intended for personal use. Therefore we can only accept unused items in their original packaging. Goods returned to us in an unsaleable condition may be subject to a reduction in the refund value.

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the postage of their return but we will refund your original postage costs. It is recommended to obtain a certificate of postage for your records. 

Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned goods and evaluated them. We will contact you to inform you of your refund approval.

Once approved, refunds are processed through your original method of payment  in accordance with their refund policies.

 

Please note that for any items that are part of a gift set/selection box/bundle, the complete set needs to be returned to be eligible for a refund.
